There is a vast choice of treatments to choose from including herbal wraps, hot stone and chakra therapies as well as Ayurvedic massage. And, each one is performed by one of a team of professional therapists. There is also a fitness and exercise studio with personal training sessions, Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates.
