| A cleansing ceremony which takes place in a specially designed steam chamber. Different types of mud are self-applied to the face, chest, back and thighs, minerals from this are slowly absorbed as the heat increases. A tropical rain shower or warm droplets of water washes the mud away, and the treatment is finished with an application of oil. |
